JANUARY 13 - 17 INTENSIVE WITH VERA

Class time Monday to Friday 9.30 - 11.00am

This intensive is suitable for any student who has worked with Vera in the Iyengar tradition of practice.
The week of classes will work developmentally across the full range of asana.  
The intensive will include pranayama and restorative practices.
